Thank you for selecting Bright Balance for your cleaning needs. By reserving our services, you agree to abide by the subsequent terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

a. To reserve our services, please furnish us with accurate and comprehensive information regarding your cleaning requirements, including the number of rooms, the type of cleaning necessary, and any other pertinent details.

b. Payment for our services is due at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card or other payment methods as agreed upon between you and us.

c. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that if you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, and your cleaning is not rescheduled within a week, you will be charged the complete cost.

2. Services

a. Our company provides professional cleaning services tailored to meet each customer's specific cleaning requirements, as outlined in the initial quote provided. Our cleaners will use their best efforts to provide high-quality cleaning services, but we cannot guarantee or warrant that the cleaning services will meet all of the customer's expectations or requirements. If the customer has any concerns or issues with the cleaning services provided, they must notify us within 24 hours of the service being performed so that we may address and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

b. For customers who opt to book through our online booking system, we strive to cover all the cleaning tasks requested within the time frame booked. However, please note that our cleaners cannot exceed the booked time frame and may not be able to complete all requested tasks if they exceed the allotted time. If the customer has additional cleaning needs beyond the time frame booked, we recommend that they request a quote for additional cleaning services or book additional time through our online booking system. We endeavor to provide clear and transparent communication with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services, and we appreciate their understanding of our time limitations.

c. We understand that every customer's cleaning requirements are unique, which is why we offer a convenient quote process. To receive a quote, please furnish us with accurate and comprehensive information regarding your cleaning requirements, including the number of rooms, the type of cleaning necessary, and any other pertinent details. We will provide you with a transparent and competitive quote based on your specific cleaning requirements. If you have any questions or concerns about the quote process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

d. The quote will include an estimated time for the cleaner to complete the job, but please note that this is only an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity and size of the job. Our cleaners will make their best efforts to complete the job within the estimated time frame, but we cannot guarantee or warrant that the job will be completed within that time frame. If additional time is required, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for services provided beyond the originally booked duration.

e. We are not liable for any damage due to faulty or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items. We will not be held responsible for any damage to items that are not properly secured or prepared for cleaning by the customer.

f. The customer has 24 hours to report any issue or complaint related to our services. We do not offer any refund for dissatisfaction, but we will send a cleaner to redo the area.

g. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

3. Liability

a. Our company takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. However, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the cleaning process.

b. We are not responsible for any damages to your property that result from our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

c. If you have any concerns about the safety of our cleaning products or equipment, please inform us before we begin the cleaning process.

4. Privacy

a. We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing our services to you. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

b. We may use your contact information to send you updates about our services or promotions. If you do not wish to receive these updates, please let us know.

5. Governing Law

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

6. General Terms
